What if my purchase is unsuitable?
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you’re not 100% satisfied you can return your product within 3 days to our store and have your money refunded or a replacement bouquet.
If you’ve returned home with your purchase you can either take it back to the shop, along with your invoice.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind after you've placed your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible here and ask them to cancel the order.
An online order can be cancelled up to 48 hrs before delivery. Just contact your local store for cancellation.
Any orders within 48 hours of delivery can not be cancelled. This is due to us ordering specific flowers for each order. Cancellations within 48 hours can not be refunded, and the flowers will be delivered as per the order.
