Items will be delivered the next working day. All orders need to be made placed before 12pm the day before delivery. All orders will be delivered the next working day unless specified otherwise.

SELECTING A DELIVERY DATE
You can leave a message when ordering your flowers online or via our shop and specify a delivery day of your choice (Monday – Saturday) up to 24 hours in advance. When placing your order, please be aware of the following delivery deadlines:
For next day deliveries, please order by 12pm Monday – Friday.
You can collect your flowers from our shop (Stock Florist, 18 Mill Lane, Stock).
How soon can I collect my order?
Your order will be available to collect the next day if ordered before 12pm the day prior.
How will I know when to collect my order?
We will notify you by email (if you have provided your email) when your order is ready to collect.
How long do I have to collect my order?
You have 1 day to collect your order after you’ve been notified.
Do I need to take anything with me when I collect my order?
No, we will collect all the information we need when we make the booking. We may confirm your details on collection.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes, as long as they can provide full name and/or collection email.
How can I find the shop and what time is it open?
The shop address and opening hours will be in your collection email. You can also use the store finder here.
ORDERING & DELIVERY
When will my order be delivered by?
Your order will be delivered the next day between 9am and 6pm unless you have requested a specific delivery date. Please note – next day deliveries are only available if order is placed the day prior to delivery and before 12pm.
How will I know when delivery has been sent?
We will notify you by email (if you have provided your email) when your order is out for delivery.
What happens if I am not in to receive my delivery?
If we are unable to deliver we will either leave with a neighbour and post a card informing the recipient of where to collect. If this is not possible the flowers will be returned to the shop and we will email you for further instruction.
